摘 要:以鱼油为脂肪源,配制脂肪水平为3.1、5.8、9.4、11.9、15.1 g/100 g的5种等氮饲料,探讨了饲料脂肪水平对淡水黑鲷(Hephaestus fuliginosus)生长及体成分的影响。经过60 d的网箱养殖,结果表明:随着饲料脂肪含量提高,9.4 g/100 g组的终末体重和蛋白质效率显著高于其它组(P<0.05)。5.8 g/100 g和9.4 g/100 g组间的特定生长率无显著差异(P>0.05),但均显著高于其它组(P<0.05)。饲料脂肪水平从3.1 g/100 g增至9.4 g/100 g,淡水黑鲷的饲料系数与蛋白质效率具有降低的趋势;而饲料脂肪水平从9.4g/100 g增至15.1 g/100 g,蛋白质效率显著降低(P<0.05)、饲料系数具有升高趋势(P<0.05)。全鱼脂肪含量随饲料脂肪水平的上升呈升高趋势,11.9 g/100 g和15.1 g/100 g组脂肪含量显著高于3.1 g/100 g和5.8 g/100 g组(P<0.05)。全鱼粗蛋白含量随饲料脂肪水平的上升有降低趋势,但各组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。饲料脂肪水平对全鱼粗灰分和干物质含量无显著影响(P>0.05)。总之,当饲料脂肪水平高于9.4g/100 g时,淡水黑鲷的生长和饲料利用下降,而脂肪在鱼体的沉积增加。To conduct the dietary lipid requirement of sooty grunte(Hephaestus fuliginosus) juveniles,diets containing 36.5 g/100 g crude protein supplemented with increasing lipid levels(3.1,5.8,9.4,11.9 g/100 g and 15.1 g/100 g of the dry matter) were used to feed triplicate groups of 20 fish for 60 d.At the end of the experiment,more than 9.4 g/100 g fish survived well for all diet groups(P>0.05).Fish fed diet with 9.4 g/100 g dietary lipid exhibited higher final body weight(P<0.05).Measurements on the specific growth rate(SGR) indicated that fish fed with diets of 5.8 g/100 g and 9.4 g/100 g lipids exhibited higher growth performance(P<0.05),while these values between fish fed with 5.8 g/100 g and 9.4 g/100 g lipid diets were not significantly different.The values of feed conversion ratio(FCR) showed a decreasing trend with increasing dietary lipid level from 3.1 g/100 g to 9.4 g/100 g,then showed increasing trend from 9.4 g/100 g to 15.1 g/100 g(P<0.05).The values of protein efficiency ratio(PER) exhibited decreasing trend with increasing dietary lipid level from 3.1 g/100 g to 9.4 g/100 g(P>0.05),then decrease from 9.4 g/100 g to 15.1 g/100 g(P<0.05).The lipid content of whole body tended to increase(P<0.05),but crude protein content tended to decrease with increasing dietary lipid level(P>0.05).Sooty grunte fed 11.9 g/100 g and 15.1 g/100 g dietary lipid exhibited higher lipid content of whole body than the fish fed diets with 3.1 g/100 g and 5.8 g/100 g dietary lipid(P<0.05).Crude ash and dry matter contents were similar from whole fish in all groups(P>0.05).In conclusion,high dietary lipid levels above 9.4 g/100 g produced little practical benefit because of lower growth performance and higher fat accretion in sooty grunte.
