摘　　要：以文献资料法、问卷调查法等方法对CBA运动员购买商业保险的现状、存在的问题进行调查与分析,指出我国社会保险不能满足CBA运动员的保险要求,优秀运动员伤残互助保险不能替代商业保险。借鉴美国职业运动员商业保险的成功经验,提出了从保险买方市场的制度建设、保险卖方市场的制度建设、保险市场环境方面的制度建设3个方面构建CBA运动员商业保险制度。With literature method, questionnaire survey method, etc. , the present situation, existing problems in CBA players＇ purchase of commercial insurances are investigated and analyzed. It is pointed out that China social insurance cannot meet the requirement for CBA players to buy insur- ance, while the Injury and Disability Mutual Help Insurance cannot replace commercial insurance. Learning from the successful experience of American professional players＇ commercial insurance, this paper puts forward establishing CBA players＇ commercial insurance system from the three aspects of insurance buyers＇ market system construction, insurance sellers＇ market system construction and in- surance market environment.
