3种宫内节育器GyneFix IN、TCu380A、TCu220C的临床应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的了解GyneFixIN宫内节育器的临床使用效果。方法随机给396例健康已婚育龄妇女放置3种不同宫内节育器,其中GyneFix IN IUD135例,TCu380A130例,对照组TCu220C131例,在放置后的3、12个月进行随访观察。结果使用12个月时3组IUD妊娠率分别为0.7%,0.8%,2.3%,GyneFixINIUD和TCu380A明显低于TCu220C(P<0.05);脱落率分别为0%,6.9%,8.4%,GyneFix IN明显低于TCu380A和TCu220C;因症取出率分别为0%,5.4%,5.3%,GyneFixIN明显低于其他2组差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论GyneFixIN具有脱落率低,不良反应少,避孕效果好,是目前较理想的宫内节育器。Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of GyneFix IN IUD.Methods Three types of IUDs were randomly adopted in 396 healthy,fertile women.GyneFix IN IUD accounted for 135women,TCu380A IUD accounted for 130 women and TCu220C IUD accounted for131 women.They were followed up by 3,12months later after the manipulations to analyse the outcome of the employment of three different types of IUDs with life-table ststistics.Results 12 months after inserting,the incidence of pregnancy with GyneFix IN,TCu380A and TCu220C IUD were0.7%,0.8%,2.3%,there were significant difference among three groups：the incidences of pregnancy of GyneFix IN group and TCu380A group were obviously lower than TCu220C group（P0.05,respectively）;The expulsion rate was 0%,6.9%,8.4%,respectively.GyneFix IN group was obviously lower than other two groups （P0.05,respectively）.The removal rate for related complication was 0%,5.4%,5.3%,respectively.GyneFix IN group was obviously lower than other two groups（P0.01,respectively）.Conclusion GyneFix IN IUD is safe,effective,fewer side effects.It is suitable for a wider range of women＇s health needs.
