大竹县职业病防治现状与对策

摘　　要：目的了解和掌握大竹县职业危害基本情况、防治现状和存在的问题,提出对策与措施。方法对职业卫生工作现状调查数据进行描述性分析。结果大竹县职业危害企业多、接触职业危害劳动者多、职业健康检查及职业危害因素检测覆盖率低、企业主要职业病防治意识差。职业危害以煤矿业为主,其次是水泥业、化工业。结论政府应制订职业病防治规划,加大职业病防治的投入与宣传力度,落实用人单位职业病防治责任制,督促有关部门共同配合、各司其职加大查处违反《职业病防治法》行为的力度。Objective To find out and master the existing problem of the situation of occupational harm and preventive current situation.Then put forward strategies and measures.Methods Analyze the status of current occupational health.Results There is so much occupational harm in enterprises and there are many labors who work in the enterprises in Dazhu.Many workers and employers have a little awareness of the occupational medical exams.Occupational harm is mainly in coal mine industry,secondly in cement industry and chemical industry.Conclusion Government should make plans for the prevention of occupational disease,giving more funds and more propaganda and putting the measures of preventive occupational disease into practice,supervising cooperation of each department;some departments who break the laws of occupational disease should be punished heavily.
