摘 要:在内循环流化床中进行半焦的燃烧实验,研究改变加料量与进风量对床层温度变化及燃烧稳定性的影响。实验结果表明:加料量和进风量改变时,床层温度能够保持稳定,风室阻力压降保持水平,说明半焦在内循环流化床中能够稳定燃烧;同时随半焦进料量增加,生成NO,SO_2,HCl等的质量分数均有不同程度增加。The combustion tests of semicoke were done in an internally circulating fluidized bed. The effect of different feeding rate and air flux on the bed temperature and the steady property of semicoke combustion were investigated. The results show that the dense phase zone temperature can keep steady when the feeding rate and air flux changed, and the pressure drop of air box keeps a line. It shows that the semicoke could combustion steadily in the internally circulating fluidized bed. The concentrations of NO, SO2, HCl were also measured online and increased with the increasing of the feeding rate.
