血液净化治疗慢性心力衰竭合并急性肾损伤的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨血液净化治疗在慢性心力衰竭合并急性肾损伤治疗中的效果,以为治疗提供依据。方法选取2006年3月～2009年1月于笔者所在医院治疗的45例慢性心力衰竭合并急性肾损伤患者为研究对象,对所有患者采用血液净化的方法进行治疗,分别于治疗前后对患者进行血肌酐及心率,血氧饱和度检测,并将结果进行统计比较。结果经研究比较统计发现,治疗后心功能改善明显,有效22例,显效7例,无效4例,死亡12例,且死亡患者的血肌酐及血氧饱和度均明显高于其他患者,经比较,P<0.05,均有统计学差异。结论血液净化治疗对于改善慢性心力衰竭并急性肾损伤患者的病情有着积极的意义,效果卓著,值得临床进一步研究应用及推广。Objective To study the effect of blood purification with chronic heart failure complicated with acute kidney injury in order to provide evidence for the treatment. Methods 45 patients with chronic heart failure complicated with acute kidney injury were selected as research object. All the patients were treated with blood purification. The serum creatinine, heart rate and Oxygen Saturation of patients were tested before and after the treatment,then the results were compared. Results The improvement of cardiac function were lager after the treatment ,22 cases had effect ,7 cases had marked effect ,4 cases without effect, 12 cases died. And the serum creatinine and the Oxygen Saturation of the death were higher than that of the other patients,P 〈 0.05, there was significant difference. Conclusion The effect of blood purification with chronic heart failure complicated with acute kidney injury is better,and it is worth further studying and using.
