摘  要:【目的】了解秋季自然降温对野生樱桃李叶片渗透调节物质的影响。【方法】在秋季自然环境降温期间,以5种不同类型的野生樱桃李和中国李寺田实生的叶片为试验材料,对叶片内电解质渗出率、可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖及游离脯氨酸含量的变化规律进行测定。【结果】通过相关性和方差分析,秋季自然环境降温期间,对照中国李寺田实生抗寒能力比野生樱桃李强;通过主成分分析,对于野生樱桃李来说,认为在秋季自然环境降温期间,叶片的游离脯氨酸含量的变化与抗寒性的关系相对较密切,其次是可溶性蛋白,而可溶性糖含量的变化与抗寒性的关系不明显。【结论】野生樱桃李的抗寒性与脯氨酸和可溶性蛋白的含量有关。【Objective】It aimed to understand the effect of natural temperature drop on osmosis substances in leaves of wild cherry plum.【Method】In order to study the change rule of leakage ratio of electrolyte,soluble protein,sugar and the content of free proline,leaves of five different types of wild cherry plum and seedling Chinese plum were tested during naturally temperature falling in autumn.【Result】During temperature falling,the seedling Chinese plum had better cold resistance than the wild cherry plum by correlation analysis and variance analysis showed that,there was close relation between the content of free proline and soluble protein with cold resistance,but there was no obvious relation between soluble sugar and cold resistance by component analysis.【Conclusion】The cold resistance of wild cherry plum related with the content of free proline and soluble protein in the leaves.
