摘　　要：【目的】基于SPSS,运用主成分分析法对新疆15个地州(市)的耕地效益进行分析,并提出相应对策。【方法】运用经济学理论、多元统计中的主成分分析方法及与计算机技术相结合的一体化分析技术;以新疆15地州市为研究区,采用2007年的统计资料,根据新疆15地州市耕地的现实条件,从生态、经济和社会效益三个方面选取影响新疆耕地利用效益的指标,构建指标体系。【结果】通过运用SPSS 13.0统计软件,得出新疆15地州市的耕地利用效益得分,并根据得分进行排序和分类,对新疆耕地利用的现状情况进行分析。【结论】新疆15地州市的耕地利用效益水平存在明显的地区差异。为提高新疆的耕地利用效益提出一定的合理化建议,为新疆制定正确的用地政策提供一定的参考,完成对新疆耕地利用效益的初探性研究。In this paper,based on economic theory,and the principal factor analysis of multitudinous statistic and computer technology,15 Administrative Offices,Autonomous Prefectures and cities of Xinjiang were used as the research area.By using the statistical data of 2007 the index system was set up to analyze the cultivated land use efficiency from three aspects of ecological,economic and social,based on the current condition.The land use efficiency of different areas was scored,ranked and sorted by using the software SPSS V.13.Rational advices for improving the use efficiency were provided as a result.It may give some reference on making right policy for land use,and help to complete the preliminary study on land use efficiency in Xinjiang.
