凡纳滨对虾不同家系的形态性状对体重的影响

摘　　要：经济性状是对虾遗传育种的重要指标,形态参数对于经济性状的贡献率是选育参数的重要依据。定期测量了3个凡纳滨对虾家系A02、A04和A08的16个形态学参数,包括体重、全长、体长、头胸甲长、腹节1长、腹节2长、腹节3长、腹节4长、腹节5长、腹节6长、尾节长、头胸甲高、腹节1高、腹节6高、头胸甲宽和腹节1宽。对上述测量结果进行回归分析、相关分析,计算各家系以形态参数为自变量,体重为依变量的相关系数、直接通径系数、间接通径系数及决定系数,比较了各家系形态性状对体重的影响效果,并与生长速度相联系进行比较分析。结果表明A02,A04,A08家系16个参数均与体重显著相关,通径分析显示体长对A02家系体重影响最大,腹节3长对A04家系体重影响最大,头胸甲长对A08家系影响最大,他们的通径系数分别为0.793,0.597和0.335;间接通径分析表明腹节6长、全长、腹节6长分别对A02,A04,A08家系体重间接影响最大;经回归分析,A02和A04各有5个参数对体重的回归分析达到显著水平,而A08则有7个参数,并以此建立了3个不同的回归方程。3个家系的生长速度大小顺序为A02>A08>A04,由此推断A02家系的体型在生长速度上具有显著优势,为新品种的选育提供了数据支持。Morphometric traits on body weight were analyzed in different sib-families of Litopenaeus vannamei.16 morphological characters of three families,A02,A04 and A08 of Litopenaeus vannamei were measured in eight months,including body weight,total length,body length,carapace length,1st segment length,2nd segment length,3rd segment length,4th segment length,5th segment,6th segment length,tail length,carapace height,1st segment height,6th segment height,carapace width,and 1st segment width.The relationships between these data and body weight of these families were investigated,using regression analysis,correlation analysis and path analysis.According to the correlation coefficients,path coefficients and determination coefficients,the effects of the morphometric traits on body weight of these 3 families were compared.And the relationships between the data and the growth rates were analyzed.The results indicate that all of the morphometric traits of the three families are significantly correlated with body weight.Body length（0.793）,3rd segment length（0.597） and carapace length（0.335） have the strongest direct effects on body weight of family A02,A04,and A08,respectively,while 6th segment,total length and 6th segment have the strongest indirect effects.5,5 and 7 morphometric traits were significantly on regressive relationship in families A02,A04 and A08 respectively,and based on this result,3 multiple regression equations were estimated.The sequence of the growth rates of these 3 families were as follows： A02A08A04.It is suggested that the family A02 is more advantageous on growth.These results may facilitate the further selective breeding of Litopenaeus vannamei on growth rate.
