摘  要:为了保证普通棉纺设备纺制Lyocell/彩棉/普通棉混纺纱的成纱质量,介绍了三种纤维的物理性能、混纺比例及纺纱工艺流程,并从清花、梳棉、并条、粗纱、细纱5个方面介绍了混纺纱的主要技术措施及其工艺参数。指出:在清花工序使用抗静电剂,可减少纤维间的排斥作用;适当降低梳棉机车速,可减少纤维损伤和短绒含量;并条加压适当加重,使握持力和牵伸力相适应;粗纱捻度和轴向卷绕密度适当加大;细纱采用硬度适中的不处理胶辊,选择合适的钢领、钢丝圈型号,选择稍大的捻度,以及将前胶辊前移2 mm~3 mm等,均可提高细纱质量。In order to ensure the quality of the blending spinning of the Lyocell fiber/color cotton/conven- tional cotton,introduction is made that the fibers of the three varieties regarding the physical performance, blending ratio, and the process flow, as well as the main specifications and the process data from the five as- pects, namely, clearing, carding, drawing, roving and spinning. Conclusion is made as follows : 1) application of the anti--static agent can reduce the repellency within fibers;2)lowering the card speed can reduce fiber damage and short fiber content;3)proper addition of weight on drawing produce balance bewtween the gripping force and the drafting force;4)Roving twist and axes-wise winding density should be properly in- creased; 5)spinning should be done with proper cots of nontreatment with proper rings and travellers with bigger twist and 2mm- 3mm advancing of the front cot. Only by doing above accordingly can spinning quality be upgraded.
