摘  要:以1年生喜树幼苗为材料,研究在不同NaC l质量分数胁迫下喜树幼苗的生长和生理特性。结果表明:随着NaC l处理质量分数的升高,幼苗植株的盐害指数升高;叶片细胞膜相对透性和可溶性糖质量分数显著增加;叶片游离脯氨酸(Pro)、丙二醛(MDA)质量摩尔浓度和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性在NaC l质量分数低于0.45%时增加较少,而NaC l质量分数高于0.45%时增加较多。由此得出,喜树幼苗在NaC l胁迫下虽然具有一定的渗透调节能力和自由基清除能力,但对盐胁迫还是比较敏感的。An experiment was conducted to study the leaf physiological characteristics and growth of 1-year-old Camptotheca acuminata seedlings treated with different concentrations of NaCl.Results showed that,with the increase of salt concentration,salt injury index of the seedlings increased and relative membrane permeability and soluble sugar content in leaves increased significantly.Contents of proline and malondialdehyde(MDA) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity increased slowly when the treatment concentration of NaCl was lower than 0.45%,while they increased rapidly when the treatment concentration was higher than 0.45%.Therefore,C.acuminata seedlings have osmotic regulation capacity and free radical scavenging capacity to a certain extent,but it is relatively susceptible to NaCl stress.
