摘 要:利用微波辅助合成了亚麻屑纤维素基土壤保水剂,测定分析了不同pH值条件下的吸水性能,可重复吸水和吸附金属离子的能力,30和60℃下保水性能,32、40℃下的可生物降解能力;利用环境扫描电镜观察了表面形貌。结果表明:当pH为7时,吸水倍率达到最大值991g/g;合成的保水剂经6次吸水—烘干循环后,失去再吸水能力,且具有良好的保水性,对金属离子有一定的吸附性,离子质量浓度在0.5~4.5mg/L范围内,其对Cu2+和Pb2+的最大吸附容量为778mg/g和1327mg/g。32、40℃的土壤中降解54d时,质量损失率分别达到19%和39%;扫描电镜观察发现,合成的保水剂表面多孔,充分吸水后有很强的成膜性。A study was conducted to synthesize pouce cellulose-based water retaining agent by microwave assisted mothed.The effect of pH value on water absorbency and the properties of recycle use and absorbing metal ions of the agent were measured.Water retention at 30 and 60 degrees C,and biodegradability at 32 and 40 degrees C were also determined.The morphological features of the pouce cellulose-based water retaining agent were observed by using scanning electron microscope(SEM).Results showed that the maximum absorbency was 991g/g when pH value was 7.And it would lose water absorbing ability after absorbing-drying circle for 6 times.Under ion concentration of 0.5~4.5mg/L,the water retaining agent could absorb metal ions and the maximum absorption capacities for Cu2+ and Pb2+ were 778 and 1327mg/g respectively.The mass lose rates of the product degraded in the soil for 54 days at 32 and 40 degrees C were 19% and 39% respectively.The pouce cellulose-based water retaining agent is porous and it can form membrane after saturated with water.
