摘  要:以南京无想寺国家森林公园为对象,调查了该公园内4种不同间伐强度下5个典型林分类型固定试验地间伐1a后的物种多样性,并应用方差分析法分析了不同林分类型之间与不同间伐强度之间下层物种多样性的差异。结果表明:间伐后的不同林分类型下层物种多样性具有较高的一致性;从短期效果看,间伐能显著提高林分的物种多样性;间伐地下层平均高和Pielou均匀度指数与对照地差异极不显著;对此试验地,Margalef指数反映物种多样性变化最为灵敏,Shannon-Wiener指数次之,Simpson指数较不灵敏。Species diversities of five typical stands in Wuxiangsi National Forest Park of Nanjing City under four different thinning intensities were studied during the first year after thinning. The analysis of variance was applied to analyze the change in species diversities between different stand types and between different thinning intensities. Results indicate that there is not difference in species diversity between different stand types. Judged from the short-term effects,the species diversity of the stands could be improved significantly by thinning. The average height and Pielou index of undergrowth layer did not exhibit significant differences between different thinning intensities. Margalef index is most sensitive to the change in species diversity of the experimental plots,and then followed by Shannon-Wiener index and Simpson index in order.
