摘 要:采用重力法研究典型天气情况下城市郊区空气中藜科植物花粉的时空变化规律。结果表明:8:00—12:00是1d内藜科花粉密度较高的时段,主要是由植物的生理散粉作用所引起的。16:00至凌晨4:00藜科花粉密度较低且无明显变化。藜科花粉在距地表1.0和1.5m高度分布较多,地表次之,3m以上随高度增加花粉密度降低。垂直分布差异主要表现在上午散粉时段,14:00之后逐渐均匀。气象要素变化影响藜科花粉密度的日变化规律。中午前后频繁的气流扰动可以造成距地表3m以下高度藜科花粉密度的小范围升高。不同样地之间,受藜科植物的分布情况影响,花粉的时空变化存在一定差异。藜科植物分布较少的样地内花粉的高峰期延后,垂直分布差异减弱,1.5m以下的花粉比例降低。The gravitational method was used to study the diurnal and spatial changes in airborne pollen concentration of the plants of the family Chenopodiaceae in suburb of Beijing. Result showed that Chenopodiaceae pollen density was highest during 8:00-12:00 owing to the plant emission. However,the pollen density was lower and stable at 16:00-4:00. More Chenopodiaceae pollen grains were observed at 1m and 1.5m above the ground surface compared with those on the ground surface. At a height of 3m above the ground level,the pollen density declined with increasing height. However the difference in vertical distribution of pollen only existed in the emission period of the plants,which disappeared after 14:00. Meteorological factors had some influences on the diurnal change in Chenopodiaceae pollen density. Continual and disordering airflows could result in a small increase in pollen density at the height below 3m around noon. The diurnal and spatial changes of Chenopodiaceae pollen,affected by the distribution of Chenopodiaceae plants,were different in different sample plots. In the sample plots with few plants,the peak of pollen density was deferred,the vertical variation became weak,and the pollen proportion at the height below 1.5m reduced.
