摘 要:利用线粒体DNA(mtDNA)控制区(D-loop)序列,对东方白鹳的遗传多样性进行了研究。35条长为335bp的mtDNA控制区序列存在11个核苷酸变异位点,定义10种单倍型,序列差异3.28%,核苷酸多态性(Pi)为0.00760,单倍型多态性(Hd)为0.859,核苷酸差异均数(К)为2.545。通过与鹤形目和鹳形目的某些濒危物种线粒体DNA控制区核苷酸多样性进行比较发现,东方白鹳遗传多样性相对较高。A study was conducted to analyze the genetic diversity of oriental white stork in terms of mtDNA control region in order to find the reason for the population decline and to provide some references for the protection of this endangered species. Nucleotide variations in 11 sites were found in 335 base pairs of 35 mtDNA control region sequences of oriental white stork. A totle of 10 haplotypes were defined. Sequence difference was 3.28%, nucleotide diversity was 0.00760, haplotype diversity was 0.859, and average number of nucleotide differences was 2.545. Comparison of nucleotide diversity in mitochondrial DNA control region between endangered species of Gruiformes and Ciconiiformes shows that oriental white stork has higher genetic diversity.
