摘 要:目的:研究银线草挥发油的化学成分及组成。方法:用水蒸汽蒸馏法提取银线草地上部分和根的挥发油,并通过GC-MS技术对其进行分析。结果:从银线草地上部分挥发油中分离鉴定了75种成分,占总峰面积含量的99.4%。从银线草根挥发油中分离鉴定了57种成分,占总峰面积含量的99.6%。结论:银线草地上部分和根的挥发性成分在组成及含量上具有一定的差异性,但也存在一些相似性,银线草地上部分和根的挥发油组成大部分为萜烯类和萜醇类,其中地上部分含量最高的为环氧丁香烯(8.49%),根中含量最高的为莪术呋喃烯(27.37%)。Objective:The research aimed to analyze the chemical constituents and compositions of volatile oils from C. japonicus. Methods:The essential oil was extracted from the roots and aerial parts of C. japonicus by steam distillation and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC -MS). Results:75 components were separated and identified accounting for 99. 4% of total volatile oil in aerial parts of C. japonicus. 57 components were separated and identified accounting for 99. 6% of total volatile oil in aerial parts of C. japonicus. Conclusions:Chemical constituents and compositions of volatile oils from the roots and aerial parts of C. japonicus have certain differences. However,there are some similarities between the roots and aerial parts of C. japonicus. Chemical constituents of volatile oils from aerial parts and roots of C. japonicus contained the majority of terpenes and terpene alcohols,in which epoxy caryophyllene (8. 49% ) was the highest concentration from aerial parts,curzerene (27. 37% ) was the highest concentration from the roots.
