摘　　要：目的:探讨小儿肺炎常见病原体分布特点及中医证型分布特点。方法:通过对300例住院的小儿肺炎患儿的临床观察,探讨小儿肺炎病原体在不同发病年龄、发病季节及中医证型的分布情况;中医证型在不同发病年龄、发病季节的分布情况。结果与结论:小儿肺炎病原体分布与发病年龄有相关性,与发病季节、中医证型分布无相关性;小儿肺炎的中医证型分布与发病年龄、发病季节有相关性。Objective：To explore the distribution characteristics of common etiology and TCM syndrome in 300 cases of pneumonia on children. Methods：300 cases of pneumonia on hospitalized children with clinical observations,explore the pneumonia on children of etiology in different ages,the distribution of the incidence season and TCM syndrome; TCM at different incidence of age,the incidence season. Results and Loncl usion：The distribution of the pathogens and pneumonia on children were significantly affected by age,not by incidence season and Chinese medical syndrome. The Chinese medical syndrome of pneumonia on children was affected by age and incidence season.
