辽东楤木叶总皂苷对荷瘤小鼠抑瘤作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:研究辽东楤木叶总皂苷对荷瘤小鼠抑瘤作用的效果,初步探讨其体内抑瘤作用机制。方法:采用小鼠H22肝癌细胞实体瘤模型进行体内抑瘤实验,测定肿瘤生长抑制率,利用光镜、电镜等方法进行形态学观察,是否产生凋亡小体。结果:辽东楤木叶总皂苷对小鼠的H22实体瘤生长具有明显的抑制作用,形态学观察显示,治疗组与对照组比较,肿瘤团块较小,异型性不明显,病理性核分裂和间质血管较少,淋巴细胞浸润明显。电镜下可见凋亡小体形成,其中以总皂苷组最明显。结论:辽东楤木叶总皂苷对荷瘤小鼠具有较强的体内抗肿瘤作用,作用机制可能与其能够抑制肿瘤细胞分裂、增殖及能够诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡有关。Objeetive：To study the anti -tumor effect of the total saponine of Aralia Elata Seem Leaves in the rats and to explore the anti-tumor mechanism in vivo. Methods：H22 hepatoma carcinoma cell （HCC） tumor model was established on rats in order to carry on anti-tumor experiment. The suppression ratio of the tumor growth was determined. The morphologic and apoptotic body were observed by light microscope and electron microscope. Results：The growth of H22 tumor could be inhibited obviously by the total saponine of Aralia Ela-ta Seem Leaves. To compare with the control group,in the treatment group the tumor were smaller; the atypia was not obvious; pathologic nuclear division and interstitial vessel were less and lymphocyte infiltration was distinct. The forming of apoptotic body could be seen under the electron microscope. And the total saponine group was the most obvious. Conclusion：The anti-tumor effect of the total saponine of Aralia Elata Seem Leaves in the rats was strong. And the mechanism may have relationship with which inhibit the fission and pro-liferation of tumor cell or induce the apoptosis of tumor cell.
