摘  要:研究了γ射线辐照对加有芘和受阻胺类化合物SEBS/PS共混物的力学性能以及电性能的影响。结果表明:芘和受阻胺类化合物的加入可以有效地改善SEBS/PS共混物的抗辐照性。随着抗辐照剂含量的增加,辐照后SEBS/PS共混物的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率以及体积电阻率的下降幅度越来越小。在高辐照剂量(1.0-2.0 MGy)下,芘和受阻胺类化合物共用时表现出了"拮抗作用",即混合抗辐照剂对SEBS/PS共混物的耐辐照效果比单一使用芘和受阻胺类化合物时差。研究结果还显示介质损耗可有效的评估SEBS/PS的降解情况。This experimental work evaluated the effects of high doses(0~2.0 MGy) of gamma irradiation on the mechanical and electrical behaviors of poly[styreneb-(ethylene-co-butylene)-b-styrene] block copolymer/polystyrene(SEBS/PS) blends(60/40) containing hindered amine compounds(Lowilite77) and pyrene.The results show that the addition of pyrene and Lowilite77 can effectively improve the radiation resistance of the SEBS/PS blends when compared with the blends without additives.The irradiated SEBS/PS blends with higher content of additives show higher percentage retention of tensile strength and elongation at break.However,in the case of high radiation doses(1.0~2.0 MGy),it was found that the mixture of pyrene and Lowilite77 showes an antagonistic effect of stabilization.It was also found that dielectric loss tangent can be useful to evaluate the degradation of SEBS/PS blends.
