摘  要:提出了一种基于小波能量免疫识别的航空发动机转子系统故障诊断方法。该方法采用小波能量表征信号特征,根据免疫识别原理,将已知故障模式中的每个样本看作一个抗体,将待检样本看作抗原,把故障诊断问题转化为抗体对抗原的识别问题。仿真实验表明该方法具有很好的在线监测性能和分类性能,对于发动机转子系统的监测具有一定的应用价值,并可方便地推广到其他类似的工业应用领域。A new model for fault diagnosis of aeroengine rotor system was proposed based on wavelet energy immune recognition.In this model,wavelet energy was adopted to represent bearing signal's features.Based on the principle of immune recognition,each sample with known fault pattern was regarded as an antibody,and the sample to be recognized was regarded as an antigen.So the fault diagnosis can be converted into a process of antibody recognizing antigen.Simulations proved that the proposed method owns good online monitoring performance and commendable classification ability.This method is contributive for rotor system status monitoring and can be easily extended to other relative industrial application areas.
