摘  要:目的了解微量注射泵垂直移动后注出率改变的影响因素,找出能适用于临床的减少因泵体垂直移动而带来的微量注射泵注出率改变的方法。方法使用析因设计比较不同的微量注射泵(国产Micorinfusion Pump WZ50C、Micorinfusion Pump WZ5C2、德国BRAUN Perfusor compact)、不同的垂直移动高度(25、35、50cm)和关闭通路(三通开关和制水夹)对微量注射泵注出率的影响,每个试验组合重复3次,利用电子天平定量测定1min内注出的液体。结果垂直移动高度对微量注射泵注出率有显著影响(F=99.028,P=0.000),且移动高度越高,注出率的改变越大(P=0.000);关闭通路也对注出率有一定程度的影响(F=3.085,P=0.051),这表明关闭通路后再移动微量注射泵也未必能保证注出率不发生显著变化。进一步的比较表明,关闭制水夹能够抑制垂直移动所致的注出率变化(P=0.085),而关闭三通对注出率的影响不明显(P=0.000)。结论微量注射泵在带延长管运转过程中垂直移动泵体可产生短时间的注出率改变,改变的程度与垂直移动的高度呈正相关;关闭通路上的制水夹后再移动泵体,有可能抵消移动所造成的影响。Objective To probe into the knowledge of the influencing factors of infusion rate after micro-injection pump moved vertically,to find out a method of minimizing infusion rate changes due to micro-injection pump vertical movement.Methods The infusion rate of different syringe pumps (Inland Micorinfusion Pump WZ-50C,Micorinfusion Pump WZ-50C2,German BRAUN Perfusor compact) and in different vertical movement (50 cm,35 cm,25 cm) and closure of channels ( three-way cock and infusion valves) were analyzed by the Factorial Design,every combination was repeated three times and the infusion liquid within 1 minute was measured by electronic balance.Results The vertical motion hight had obviously effect on the infusion rate (F=99.028,P=0.000),and the higher motion was,the more infusion rate changed (P=0.000),and so did closure of channels to some extent (F=3.085,P=0.051),which showed that infusion rate may not be guaranteed in spite of closure of channels.A further study showed that closure of water clippers inhibited the infusion changes due to vertical movement(P=0.085),but closure of 3-way cock did not have obvious effect(P=0.000).Conclusion The vertical movement of syringe pumps with extension tube during process can produce transitory change of infusion rate,positively correlated with height of movement,which can be counteracted by closure of infusion valves.
