摘 要:目的研究单侧输尿管梗阻(UUO)及再通后大鼠尿微量蛋白的变化和抗纤灵对尿微量蛋白变化的影响。方法建立大鼠UUO模型120只和UUO再通模型90只,随机分为正常组、假手术组、模型组、抗纤灵组和科素亚组。于造模后各时间点检测大鼠尿转铁蛋白(TRF)、尿视黄醇结合蛋白(RBP)、尿β2-微球蛋白(β2-M)。结果在UUO模型中,模型组各时间点TRF、RBP、β2-M较正常组和假手术组明显升高(P<0.01),并随梗阻时间的延长逐渐升高。在UUO再通模型中,各时间点TRF、RBP、β2-M较正常组和假手术组明显升高(P<0.01),并随梗阻时间的延长逐渐降低。与模型组比较,抗纤灵能明显降低两模型中TRF、RBP、β2-M。结论抗纤灵冲剂能减少UUO模型和UUO再通模型中的尿微量蛋白尿,改善两种模型中的肾损伤。Objective To explore the effects of "Kang Xian Ling Decoction" (KXL) on urinary microprotein in rats after unilateral ureteral obstruction and recanalization.Methods 120 male Sprague-Dawley rats in UUO model and 90 male Sprague-Dawley rats in UUO recanalization model were randomly divided into 5 groups:Normal group,Shame-operated group,Model group,KXL group,and Lostartan group.Urinary transferrin (TRF),retinol-blinding protein (RBP) and β2-microglobuli (β2-M) were tested weekly.Results In UUO model,the levels of TRF,RBP,β2-M in Model group were increased,compared with Normal group and Shame-operated group,and it had significant difference(P〈0.01).In UUO model,the levels of TRF,RBP,β2-M in Model group were increased compared with Normal group and Shame-operated group(P〈0.01),but they were decreased.Compared with Model group,TRF,RBP,β2-M contents in KXL group were decreased significantly.Conclusion Kang Xian Ling Decoction can decrease urinary microprotein in rats after UUO and UUO recanalization,and improve renal fibrosis.
