摘 要:目的研究鹅不食草全草的化学成分。方法利用硅胶柱色谱、AgNO3硅胶柱色谱、半制备高效液相色谱和葡聚糖凝胶ToyopearlHW-40F凝胶渗透进行分离、纯化。根据理化性质和现代波谱技术并辅以化学方法进行结构鉴定。结果从鹅不食草醇提取物的醋酸乙酯萃取层中得到9个化合物,分别鉴定为蒲公英甾醇(Ⅰ);β-谷甾醇(Ⅱ);β-胡萝卜苷(Ⅲ);2-(1-羟基丙烷)-4-甲酚(Ⅳ);短叶老鹳草素(Ⅴ);2β-羟基-2,3-二氢-6-O-当归酰多梗白菜菊素(Ⅵ);二氢堆心菊灵(Ⅶ);堆心菊灵(Ⅷ);豆甾醇-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(Ⅸ)。结论化合物Ⅳ、Ⅵ为首次从石胡荽属植物中分离得到。Objective To study the chemical constituents of Centipeda minima.Methods Isolation and purification were carried out by silica gel column chromatography,semi-preparative reversed-phase HPLC and Toyopearl HW-40F.Compounds were identified and elucidated by spectral and chemical methods.Results Nine compounds were obtained from ethyl acetate extract fraction.Their structures were identified as taraxasterol(Ⅰ),β-sitosterol(Ⅱ),β-sitosterylpalmitate(Ⅲ),2-(1-hydroxypropan-2-yl)-4-methylphenol(Ⅳ),Brevilin(Ⅴ),2β-hydroxyl-2,3-dihydrogen-6-O-angeloplenolin(Ⅵ),11,13-dihydrohelenalin(Ⅶ),helenalin(Ⅷ),stigmasterol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(Ⅸ).Conclusion Compound Ⅳand Ⅵ were isolated from the plants of Centipeda minima for the first time.
