舌诊的现代技术和方法研究

摘　　要：随着社会的不断进步以及中医现代化步伐的不断加快,舌诊作为中医最具特色诊断的内容之一,在其现代化的研究进程中也取得了可喜的成绩。首先,传统的研究方法结合现代医学手段如B超、电镜、热象仪、舌色检查仪、舌体测算仪等的广泛使用,实验室血液流变学的检测、舌苔脱落细胞的检测、酸碱度、细胞免疫机制的检测以及分子生物技术的应用,使舌诊的研究进入了一个崭新的平台;其次,电子计算机技术和网络信息技术的发展和应用,如运用中医舌诊专家系统测定舌质的RGB值以及多色度空间的转换实现舌象的量化,改进的Confidence connected区域生长算子提取裂纹区域,有限维模型分析舌色范围,监督FCM聚类算法区分舌质舌苔,基于JSEG算法和k-NN法对苔质自动分离使舌象数字化以及新型的舌象采集装置实现舌象信息的全面提取和舌色、苔色、苔厚、腐腻、裂纹、润燥等指标的自动分析等等,中医舌诊研究更是由此进入了现代化、信息化、客观化、标准化之飞速发展的轨道;再者,舌诊研究的动物模型的出现等将舌诊研究拓展到动物实验领域。文章对近些年舌诊研究技术及方法方面的一些成果进行概述,以期为进一步的研究提供参考。With the improvement and the contemporary of TCM,glossoscopy,which is one of special diagnostic feature in TCM,has achived a lot in it contemporary study：Firstly,the use of orthodox study methods with the contemporary medical methods gives a new stage to the study of glossoscopy,for example,type-B ultrasonic,electron microscope,thermal imager,colour of tongue inspectoscope,body of tongue counted-oscope,the detection of blood rheology,cast-off of coated tongue,acidity or alkalinity,cell immunologic mechanism and the use of molecular biotechnology;Secondly,with the development and application of electronic computer and network information technology,the study of glossoscopy gets to the way of full development in contemporary,information,objective,standardization,as using the glossoscopy of TCM expert system to determine the RGB of body of the tongue and change-over of multi-chromatic space,then carry out the quantization of tongue demonstration,using Confidence connected region growing operator to get out crazing region,using finite model to analysis the extent of colour of tongue,using FCM to distinguish body of the tongue and coated tongue,using the method with JSEG and k-NN to give digitization of tongue demonstration,using the collection equipment of tongue demonstration to get the overall information of tongue demonstration and the automatic analysis of colour of tongue、colour of coated tongue、thickness,rotten and greasy 、crazing 、moisturizing dryness-syndrome of coated tongue;Thirdly,the study of glossoscopy has dipped into animal studies with the appearance of animal model for the study of glossoscopy.So,this article mainly overviewed the study of glossoscopy with modern technique and methods these years,in order to give references to further study.
