浅谈医患关系的现状及对策

摘　　要：医患关系紧张,医疗纠纷增加是当前一个十分突出的问题。文章通过对产生这一问题的成因进行分析,指出身处医患关系主导方的医院和医生要正视并克服自身在管理制度、服务理念、服务态度、服务环境、服务流程、服务效果等方面的不足,不断提高服务质量,从而促进和谐医患关系的实现。The inharmoniousness of the relationship between hospitals and patients and the increase of medical dispute are the common problems at present.After analyzing the causes,the author suggests that hospitals and doctors,who are the main side of the relationship,should acknowledge and overcome their own shortcomings in management,and their ideal,manner,environment, process and effect of services should be improved.Good service will make the relationship more harmonious.
