几种生物材料的体内生物相容性评价的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:评价乌克兰产聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶(IT)、国产聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶(FH)、天然羟基磷灰石(HA)、人工合成羟基磷灰石(GSN)的体内生物相容性。方法:通过HE染色,比较了24只家兔肌肉组织分别对几种生物材料反应的强弱程度和包膜厚度。结果:植入动物体内90d后,根据炎性反应程度和包膜形成评级,FH与IT的均为Ⅰ级,评价为合格;HA的分别为Ⅳ级、Ⅲ级,GSN的分别为Ⅱ级,Ⅱ级,均超过合格的标准。结论:GSN与HA均超过合格标准,HA引起的组织反应重于GSN。Objective To investigate in vivo biocompatibility of some medical materials,such as polyacrylamide hydrogel,hydroxyapatite monitored by the ISO 10993-1.1997 and national standard GBT16886.1-1997.MethodThe in vivo biocompatibility of polyacrylamide hydrogel,using HE staining,was analysed and summarized.ResultsAfter implantation of 90 days,by the degree of inflammatory and the formation of capsule,the grades of FH,IT,GSN,HA were separately Ⅰ,Ⅰ;Ⅰ,Ⅰ;Ⅳ,Ⅲ;Ⅱ,Ⅱ,which of the tested GSN,HA was over the standard.ConclusionThe degree of imflammatory and the formation of capsull in GSN and HA is over the standard,and HA is severe than GSN.
