摘　　要：目的:探讨纤维乳管内视镜检查中的护理配合。方法:对3267例行纤维乳管内视镜检查过程中的护理配合情况进行总结、分析。结果:提高了患者对检查的依从性,保证了检查的安全性。结论:乳管内视镜检查是一项安全、有效的方法,良好的心理护理,周全的物品准备,与医生的密切配合,做好乳管内视镜的消毒保养工作,正确的处理指导是检查成功的保证。Objective To investigate the nursing in fiber duct endoscopy.MethodThe nursing of 3 267 cases underwent regular fiber duct endoscopy was summarized and analyzed.ResultsThe checking compliance of patients were increased,and the safety of the exam was ensured.ConclusionFiber duct endoscopy is a safe and effective method,and good psychological care,comprehensive item preparation,closely cooperation with doctors,excellent disinfection of duct endoscopy,correct handling of the guidance are the guarantee of successful exam.
