摘　　要：目的:加强手术患者静脉穿刺前的评估工作,提高手术患者静脉首次穿刺成功率。方法:在静脉穿刺前对评估工作进行改进,将改进后的静脉穿刺526例与改进前的551例进行对比。结果:改进后其首次穿刺成功率为98.29%,改进前首次穿刺成功率为92.19%。结论:改进后的静脉首次穿刺成功率高,减少了因反复穿刺给手术患者带来的痛苦、紧张和恐惧,有利于手术的顺利进行。Objective To strengthen the assessments of surgery patients before venipuncture,improve the first time achievement ratio of venipuncture in surgery patients.MethodVenipuncture effects of 526 cases underwent improved assessment before venipuncture and 551 cases underwent unimproved method were retrospectively compared.ResultsThe first time achievement ratio of venipuncture after improvement was 98.29%,and that of before improvement was 92.19%.ConclusionThe first time achievement ratio of venipuncture is elevated after the improvement of assessment method,the pains,nervous and fear of patients suffered from repeated puncture is decreased,and is good for the smooth operation.
