摘　　要：邓小平大局思想萌芽于建国初期,成熟于十一届三中全会以后。其内容主要有经济建设是大局、稳定是压倒一切的大局、改革开放是大局等三个方面。邓小平大局思想一以贯之,人民利益高于一切是邓小平大局思想的逻辑起点和归宿。构建社会主义和谐社会,要坚持邓小平的大局思想,认识大局,顾全大局。DENG Xiao-ping＇s thought of the overall situation originated in the early days of the foundation of People＇s Republic of China,and matured after the Third Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Party.His thought of the overall situation mainly concerns about economic construction,stability,reform and opening-up.One principle runs through DENG Xiao-ping＇s thought of the Overall is that the people＇s benefit is highest,which is its logical starting point and motivation.In the new times of constructing socialist harmonious society,it is important to adhere to DENG Xiao-ping＇s thought of the overall situation,and get to know and consider the overall situation.
