摘 要:本文介绍了用于加工发动机汽缸套内表面平台网纹珩磨油石的研制过程。结合剂以铜粉、铁粉为主要原料,加入添加剂HP1、添加剂HP2、添加剂HP3等金属粉末。选用170/200金刚石制造珩磨油石,并进行珩磨试验。研究了不同结合剂组分对油石硬度和抗折强度的影响。结果表明,当铜为50%、铁为20%、添加剂HP1为10%、添加剂HP2为15%、添加剂HP3为5%时,珩磨油石的硬度值达到HRB100.2,抗折强度值达到231.3MPa。最佳烧结工艺为:温度760℃,保温时间4min,成型压力3MPa。珩磨后的汽缸套达到欧Ⅲ排放要求。A special diamond honing stone for producing stepped reticulated patterns on cylinder linear was developed. Copper and iron powders, as the main compositions, were used together with other three metal additives (HP1, HP2, and HP3) for the bonding matrix. Honing stone samples were made with diamond of which granularity was 170/200 and were tested by honing experiment. The results showed that in the formulation of 50% Cu, 20% Fe, 10% HPI, 15% HP2, and 5% HP3, the Rockwell hardness and the bending strength of the honing stone reached 100.2 HRB and 231.3 MPa respectively. The optimum sintering parameters were temperature 760 ℃, holding time 4 min and the forming pressure 3 MPa. The surface quality of cylinder liner honed met with the requirements of Euro Ⅲ regulations on vehicles.
