肛肠外科术后肛周护理的观察与体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨肛肠疾病患者手术切除后的肛周护理方法,从而促进创面早日愈合,患者早日康复。方法:对收治的380例肛肠疾病患者的护理资料进行总结分析。结果:380例患者中1例肛瘘患者因合并肛周克罗恩病而愈合缓慢,2例混合痔患者术后痔核脱落期并发大出血,其余377例患者均顺利康复出院。结论:肛肠疾病患者术后肛周仔细护理,密切观察切口情况,有效预防便秘,创面良好换药是术后顺利康复的关键。Objective To investigate patients with anorectal disease after surgical resection of the perianal care methods to promote wound healing,the patient recovery.Methods We analyzed 380 cases of anorectal disease care data were analyzed.Results 380 patients,one case of anal fistula in patients with perianal Crohn＇s disease and the merger is slow healing,two cases of mixed hemorrhoid patients hemorrhoids complicated by bleeding off of the remaining 377 cases of patients were successfully discharged.Conclusion Postoperative anorectal disease perianal careful care,close observation of incision and will effectively prevent constipation,wound dressing well is the key to successful rehabilitation after surgery.
