高职教育成本的分担机制与优化配置

摘　　要：文章认为,高职教育成本分担的承载主体主要包括政府、企业、个人及社会各方。政府是成本分担的主体,企业和个人构成成本分担的重要"双翼",从而提出了"一体两翼"的高职教育成本构成模式与分担机制。同时就高职教育成本分担的优化配置,提出了加大政府的财政供给,调适个人的成本分担,强化企业的分担投入,大力开发民办高职的主张。The government,enterprises,individuals and society should share the costs of higher vocational education.The government should bear main part of the cost,then enterprises and individuals play important roles in it.The article points out a new type of composition and sharing mechanism.Regarding the optimized allocation of the ost,the article suggests that the government should add financial input,adjust individuals＇ expenses and strengthen enterprises＇ investment.Meantime it is encouraged to develop private higher vocational education.
