摘 要:在竹炭结合剂(Bamboo Charcoal Bonded,BCB)砂轮的制造过程中,制造工艺对BCB砂轮机械性能具有重要的影响。本文介绍了BCB砂轮的烧结工艺过程,探讨了烧结温度、树脂比例等工艺条件对BCB砂轮组织及机械性能的影响,并通过X射线衍射、SEM图对BCB砂轮内部组织的形成进行了观察与分析。结果表明,BCB砂轮的抗压强度和硬度会随着树脂含量的增加而增大;碳化处理改变了BCB砂轮材料的结构与性能,随着碳化温度的升高,砂轮抗压强度有增加的趋势,但变化并不显著。A kind of bamboo charcoal bonded(BCB) grinding wheel for ELID grinding was developed with bamboo charcoal-phenolic resin composite as bond under vacuum condition.The pyrolysis behavior of the new bamboo charcoal-phenolic resin material was studied by thermo gravimetric analysis(TGA),and the structural characterization of the new material was performed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and X-ray diffraction(XRD).Their mechanical characteristics were also investigated in the paper.The results showed that the compressive strength and hardness of BCB grinding wheel increased with the resin content increasing;the carbonization changed the structure and characteristics of BCB wheel;the mechanical strength of BCB wheel increased slightly with the carbonization temperature increasing.
