摘 要:研究了金刚石绳锯机在锯切花岗石时串珠绳的振动。通过高精度位移传感器采集串珠绳振动信号,并通过零均值化、坏点剔除及消除线性趋势项等一系列方法对检测信号进行了分析处理,利用相同加工条件下均方根值的稳定性对信号的数据处理方法进行了验证。处理前,三组信号的均方根值最大差值为11.91 mm,误差率高达79.27%。经过处理后,三组信号均方根值的最大误差率控制在1.3%以内,证明了信号处理方法的可行性及有效性。试验为绳锯加工过程中振动信号的采集和分析搭建了较好的平台,并为信号的进一步分析和处理提供依据。The vibration of diamond wire saws during granite cutting is studied in this research.The vibration signals were detected by a high accuracy laser displacement sensor,and the root mean square value(RMS) of the signals were processed by means of zero equalization,picking out of bad points and elimination of linear trend.Then the processed value were verified based on the stability of RMS under the same machining conditions.The results indicated that,before the signals were processed,the maximum difference of RMS for three groups of signal is 11.91 mm,while the error rate was as high as 79.27%.After processing,the maximum error rate of RMS can be controlled to less than 1.3%.The results proved the feasibility and validity of the signal processing method proposed in this paper.
