摘　　要：在分析目前科技产业化项目结题绩效评价的评价逻辑、角度、指标、操作性等基础上,依据指标、数据的客观性、易获性和可量化性原则,以定量指标为主,兼顾定性指标,运用主因子分析法构建优化评价指标体系,制定绩效评价量表,对指标内涵、评分标准及评判参考因素给予详细说明界定,增强绩效评价指标体系的可操作性。After studying the actual researches of the performance evaluation of science and technology industrialization project, the insufficient in logicality, view, index and operability is analyzed. According to the principles of objectivity, attainability and measurability of the data, a performance evaluation index system is constituted and optimized by Principal Components Factor Analysis. Then the more particular regulations of performance evaluation are established to improve the maneuverability of the performance evaluation index system.
