摘  要:为控制福寿螺在湘南稻田中的危害,选择3种防治福寿螺的高效、价廉、低残留农药进行了防控试验。结果表明,3种药剂对福寿螺的整体防治效果为45%百螺敌WP>50%杀螺胺乙醇胺盐WP>5%梅塔颗粒剂。但5%梅塔颗粒剂的药效较前两者更持久,且一定时间内其防治效果呈递增趋势,而45%百螺敌WP和50%杀螺胺乙醇胺盐WP杀螺速效性更强,一般在3d内即能达到最大防效。因此,在稻田福寿螺发生密度较大的情况下,建议使用45%百螺敌WP,其推广浓度为45g/667m2。在稻田福寿螺发生密度较小而其周围水渠等环境中密度较大,以预防为主要目的时,建议使用持效期较长的5%梅塔颗粒剂,推广浓度为400g/667m2。In order to control the growth of the apple snail effectively,efficacy tests of three high efficiency,inexpensive and low -residue pesticides against the apple snail were carried out in rice field.The results showed that the comprehensive control effect of these three pesticides was in a order of 45% of fentin Acetate WP50% of niclosamide ethanolamine WP5% of meta GF,in which the 5% of meta GF had longer lasting effect than that of the former two pesticides with a increasing effective tendency in a certain duration,but the 45% of fentin acetate WP and the 50% of niclosamide ethanolamine WP had quicker control efficiency that could reach the best control effect within 3 d.Thus,45% of fentin acetate WP was recommended to the rice field with high density of apple snail,and the suggested dosage was 675 g/hm2;while the apple snails had low density in rice field,but high density in canal around the rice field,the 5% of meta GF was recommended and the suggested dosage was 6 000 g/hm2.
