摘  要:采用生长速率法研究了壳聚糖和申嗪霉素两种生物药剂单一处理以及不同比例混配对立枯丝核菌的抑制作用,同时研究了不同配比的生物药剂对木霉菌抑制立枯丝核菌的影响,生物药剂和木霉混配后对幼苗生长和防病的效果。结果表明:单一生物药剂以及两种生物药剂混配,对立枯丝核菌生长都有较强的抑制作用;两种药剂不同比例混配均可提高木霉对立枯丝核菌生长的抑制作用;生物药剂和木霉的复合剂处理玉米种子,可促进玉米幼苗生长,减轻苗期土传性病害发生情况。The inhibitory effects of chitosan,phenazine-1-carboxylic and the mixtures of them with different ratios on Rhizoctonia solani were studied by the growth rate method.Meanwhile,the influences of combinations of chitosan and phenazine -1 -carboxylic with different ratios on fungistasis of Trichoderma on Rhizoctonia solani,and the effects of chitosan or phenazine -1 -carboxylic mixed with Trichoderma on growth and disease control of seedlings were also researched.The results showed that the chitosan,phenazine-1-carboxylic or their mixtures all had stronger inhibitory effect on the growth of Rhizoctonia solani;the combinations of chitosan and phenazine-1-carboxylic with different ratios all could enhance the fungistasis of Trichoderma on Rhizoctonia solani;the chitosan or phenazine-1-carboxylic mixed with Trichoderma all could promote the growth of maize seedlings and reduce the soil-borne diseases in seedling stage.
