摘  要:以台式PC机组装为典型案例,从客户和生产商两个角度出发,将性能和成本两个因素作为考察对象,研究一般性商品的模块化优化配置。建立了基于单位成本的客户需求与模块实例相关度最大优化配置模型。通过改进的离散二进制粒子群优化(BPSO)算法,进行优化求解。最后通过实例证明BPSO算法的优化配置模型具有实用可行性。Employing a typical case of the assembly of desktop PC,proceeding from the perspectives of both customers and suppliers,investigating the objective factors of performance and cost,in this paper the modular optimisation configuration for general products was studied.An optimisation model was built with maximum correlation between the customer needs and the module cases,which was divided from the unit cost.An improved binary particle swarm optimisation(BPSO) algorithm was adopted to find the optimised solution of the model.In the end of the paper,a configuration example was shown to prove the practical feasibility of the model and its algorithm.
