摘　　要：Solid 3000是以Parasolid为几何造型内核开发的国内唯一本地化、标准化的三维CAD软件,可提供iges格式的数据输出与输入,并能较好的保持数据的完整性。Mastercam相比同类软件是性价比最高的CAD/CAM软件,具有强劲的曲面粗加工及灵活的曲面精加工功能,产生的NC程序简单高效。利用两者易学易用、操作简洁的优势进行数码相机面壳的模具设计与制造来探讨一种CAD/CAM系统集成方案在数控加工过程中的应用问题。结果表明,该方案无需复杂的图形数据交换,复杂的软件操作过程,即可实现数字化设计与制造的一体化加工。Solid 3000 is based on Parasolid geometric modeling kernel for the development of the only localization,standardized three-dimensional CAD software,which provides iges format data output and input,and can better maintain the integrity of the data. Mastercam compared to similar software is the most cost-effective CAD/CAM software with powerful surface rough and flexible surface finishing capabilities,the resulting NC program simple and efficient. Use of the two to learn to use,the advantages of simple operation of a digital camera shell mold surface to explore the design and manufacture of a CAD/CAM systems integration programs in the CNC machining process of the application. The result indicated that this plan does not need the complex graphic data exchange,the complex software operating process,then realizes the integrated processing which the digitization designs and makes.
