摘 要:点火线圈故障导致的缺缸现象是宝来1.8T常见的故障之一。尤其天冷时,大量该款车出现点火线圈故障。该故障常还会导致部分缸失火、工作不良、怠速抖动等现象。解剖点火线圈,常见次级线圈绝缘层被击穿。文章分析了宝来1.8T点火线圈的故障原因及检测。宝来1.8T发动机独立点火系统的点火线圈经常故障主要是短期过电压击穿次级绕组绝缘层和长期过热共同作用造成的。故提高点火线圈绝缘性能,提高火花塞性能及匹配,合理散热可以更有效地减少该故障现象。Ignition coil failures missing cylinder failure caused by phenomena in Bora 1.8T fault list the top ten ranked first. Cold weather in particular,a large number of ignition occurred in coil failure phenomenon. The fault often also lead to part of the cylinder misfire,the bad work,engine idle speed jitter,and so on. Ignition coil through the anatomy,often found in secondary coil insulation breakdown. This paper analyzes the Bora 1.8T ignition coil failure causes and detection. Bora 1.8T engine independent ignition system ignition coil,it has often failed,mainly short-term over-voltage bring about breakdown of secondary winding insulation,and long-term high temperature,these two factors,the result of combined effect. Therefore,by improving insulation of the ignition coil,by improving the spark plug ignition performance and match,by improving the cooling,can more effectively reduce these symptoms.
