摘　　要：KTC80切丝机在使用过程中PIV无级调速器伞状锥形盘由于齿面磨损而报废,PIV无级调速器结构紧凑复杂,伞状锥形盘制造精度、热处理条件和装配精度都有较高要求,国内厂家无法制造。提出并使用一种全新的思路和方法,对KTC80PIV无级调速器伞状锥形盘剩余面进行开发利用,这是在进口设备上突破原有思维的一种创新尝试,该方法对KTC80切丝机具有重要的推广价值。The umbrella shape cone-shape plate of PIV have to scrap because of tooth surface attrition in using. PIV structure is complicated and high manufacture precision,so the domestic factory is unable to make it. We proposed and have used a kind of new mentality and the method to use the surplus surface. This is a kind of innovation attempt to import components. This method has the important promoted value to KTC80 tobacco cutter.
