摘　　要：利用极坐标纸模拟测量相对论长度,并利用MFC编程演示.该方法用具简单,精确度高,易于操作,适合于课堂教学演示和学生动手操作,有助于学生对尺缩效应的理解.Polar coordinates paper is employed to simulate quantitatively the shorting of motion rulers of restricted theory.Microsoft Foundation Classes（MFC） computer language is used to program and demonstrate the experiment.The appliance is few,the method is easy to operate,and the data is accurate.So it is fit for demonstrating in class and for carrying out the experiment by students themselves to understand the length shrinkage efficiency.
