摘  要:以钨酸钠和盐酸为原料,乙酸作助剂,在超声条件下,得到钨酸胶体粒子。通过氢还原制取超细钨粉末,研究了还原温度、装舟量和氢气流量对制取钨粉粒度的影响。结果表明:还原温度是制取超细钨粉的关键因素,在适当的工艺条件下,可以使用钨酸钠制得超细钨粉。The nano-particles of the tungstie acid were synthesized out of Na2WO4·2H2O and HCl by ultrasonic method using CH3COOH as addictive. Tungsten nano-powder was prepared by hydrogen reduction from white tungstic acid. The effects of temperature, boat charge and hydrogen flow-rate on granularity of tungsten powder were studied. The results showed that reduction temperature was critical for the preparation of tungsten powder from white tungstic acid under appropriate technological conditions.
