ArcGIS在重点污染源监控系统中的应用

摘　　要：结合辽宁省污染源监测特点,将GIS技术应用于重点污染源在线监测管理系统中。污染源在线监测管理系统的结构设计采用B/S结构,使用ArcGIS提供的MAPServers将地图应用直接运行在Web浏览器中,并对系统结构、数据流程、系统功能、基础数据库等作了阐述。所开发的系统具有实时数据监测、地图显示发布、查询统计分析、超标故障报警、专题图制作等功能。Combined with the monitoring characteristics of Liaoning provincial pollution sources,the study applies GIS technology to the key pollution sources online monitoring management system.The structure of pollution sources online monitoring management system is designed by adopting the B/S structure,in which the mapping application runs directly to Web browser by means of MAPServers of the ArcGIS.It also makes a detailed presentation on system structure,data flow,system function and basic database.The new system is provided with integrated functions of online data monitoring,map publication,over standard and malfunction warning and subject cartography,etc.
