摘　　要：政治合法性问题,其实就是政治权力获得认同的问题。近代自然法和社会契约论以自然状态为开端来论述国家的起源和政治的合法性问题。任何层次的政治体系要赢得合法性就应当得到民众的普遍认可,否则就会出现合法性危机。Political legitimacy,in fact,is a recognition pissue of political power.Beginning with the natural state,modern natural law and social contract theory describe the origin of country and political legitimacy.To win the legitimacy,any level of political system should be generally recognized by the people,otherwise there will be some crisis of legitimacy.
