番泻叶不同提取部位促胃肠动力作用研究

摘　　要：[目的]比较筛选番泻叶促胃肠动力活性部位,为质量控制和深入研究提供理论依据。[方法]萃取法制备不同极性的溶剂部位(氯仿部位、乙酸乙酯部位、正丁醇部位、水溶性部位),运用小鼠便质便次的统计及蓝色葡聚糖-2000的胃排空和肠推进试验比较和筛选促胃肠动力活性部位。[结果]番泻叶的正丁醇部位具有明显的促胃肠动力活性,促动药效最好。[结论]番泻叶的促胃肠动力活性部位为正丁醇部位,能明显促进小鼠肠推进。[Objective] The aim was to observe the kinetogenic effect of different extracts of Cassia angustifolia and to provide theoretic basis for its quality control and further development and utilization. [Method] Different extracts were isolated by extraction with different polar solvents （chloroform,acetic ether,n-butyl alcohol and aqua）. The statistics of the type and times of mice manure and experiments of gastric emptying and intestinal propelling were used to test the kinetogenic effect. [Result] Four extracts were isolated from C. angustifolia,among which n-butyl alcohol part had obvious kinetogenic effect. The n-butyl alcohol part of C. angustifolia produced the most loose stools and showed the best kinetogenic effect. [Conclusion] The extract of n-butyl alcohol was the active part with kinetogenic effect in C. angustifolia and could improve the effect of intestinal propelling evidently.
