摘　　要：根据省级土地利用规划管理工作的现实需要,以GIS为基础,对省级土地利用总体规划管理信息系统的总体设计、结构、功能等进行了探讨,为省级土地利用总体规划管理信息系统的建设提供了借鉴。According to the current nedds of provincial land-use planning management,taking GIS as the basis,the total design,structure and functions of management information system of provincial land-use planning were discussed,which provided reference for the construction of management information system of provincial land-use planning.
