摘 要:[目的]研究秸秆粪便生物水解好氧堆肥处理工艺。[方法]采用序批式混合堆积水解处理、渗滤液A2/O处理循环利用和日光温室好氧条垛堆肥系统工艺,配以强制增氧和拌混装置,以克服静态堆肥水分、温度无法调控和堆腐不均匀等缺陷。[结果]含水率、pH值和温度的变化基本与传统的堆肥参数变化一致;堆肥周期可缩短至10~11d;10d内水溶性有机碳和水溶性总氮降解50%以上,烟草发芽率大于60%。利用熟料生产有机肥和有机-无机复合肥,其配料比例可达40%~60%。[结论]该研究中堆肥熟料产品性质稳定,且可以降低生产成本。[Objective] The research aimed to study the production process of bio-hydrolysable aerobic composting based on straw and dung. [Method] The processes of mixed-hydrolysable treatment in sequential fed,reusing infiltration treated by A2/O,windrow with sunlight in greenhouse were put forward. In addition,compulsive aerobe and mix were applied to decrease the limitations that moisture and temperature in composting process could not regulate freely and the composting pile was asymmetry. [Result] The results showed that changes of moisture,pH value and temperature of composting pile by the bio-hydrolysable aerobic composting were similar with that of conventional composting. The composting period was decreased to 10-11 d. The contents of water-solubility organic carbon and total nitrogen decreased more than 50% within 10 d while the germination index of tobacco was more than 60% after 10 d. The proportion of the composted materials arrived at 40%-60% when the composted materials were used for producing organic and organic-inorganic fertilizer. [Conclusion] The characteristics of bio-hydrolysable aerobic composting based on straw and dung is stable and it can reduce the product cost.
