摘 要:生物质热解是一种高效的生物质能转化技术。循环床式生物质内热热解装置在热解的同时,可直接利用空气流冷却热解气产生的热空气对反应池中直接加入的未干燥原料进行预热干燥,减少系统的热量流失,同时解决原料的干燥问题,并减少原料加入反应池前的干燥工序。经过一段时间的干燥后,新鲜生物质的含水率可从46%降至7%左右。该系统装置节约了能量,提高了能源利用效率,对解决日益紧张的能源问题具有重要意义。Pyrolysis of biomass was efficient transformation technique for biomass energy. By using cycling and bed-like internal thermal pyrolysis device for biomass,in the period of pyrolysis,the hot air produced from cooling pyrolysis air with air flow was directly used to pre-heating and drying non-dried raw material directly added into reaction camera. This reduced the heat loss of system,solved the problem of drying raw material and reduced the drying procedure before the raw material was added into reaction camera. After drying for a period,the water content of fresh biomass could be reduced from 46% to about 7%. This system device saved energy,enhanced utilization efficiency of energy,and had significant meaning on solving increasingly tense energy problem.
