摘 要:针对电站锅炉火焰监视和燃烧诊断系统中火焰图像处理计算能力差、实时性差等问题,提出了一种以数字信号处理为核心的嵌入式火焰监测系统设计方案.系统采用EMP240控制图像的采集与存储,由TMS320VC5416实现温度场测量及燃烧诊断算法,LPC2378作为主控制器负责系统管理、人机界面和网络通信.解决了数字图像海量数据处理和复杂算法采用通用CPU无法实时运行的瓶颈,并且使火焰监控和燃烧诊断的实时性和可靠性得到了保证.The flame image processing ability and the real-time performance of the present furnace flame monitoring and combustion diagnosis system in power stations are poor.For this reason,the scheme of an embedded furnace flame monitoring system based on DSP is proposed.In this system,EPM240 is used for the data gather and storage of the flame image,TMS320VC5416 is used for the measurement of temperature field and the diagnosis of furnace burning,and LPC2378 is used as master controller for system management,human-machine interface and network communication.The system solves the problem that using general CPU cannot process the massive data and the complicated algorithm of digital image in real-time,which ensures the real-time and the reliability of flame monitoring and combustion diagnosis.
